There are few animals who possess the intrinsic charm of frogs and toads. From children's fairytales to our own backyards, frogs and toads are familiar animals across to us across almost all human cultures.

But where is the line between frogs and toads? There isn't really an official one. Only that frog tend to be smooth-skinned and more aquatic whereas toads tend to be more bumpy-skinned and terrestrial.
There are of course exceptions to these rough guidelines.

Frogs and toads make beautiful, adorable and often vocal display pets. Due to their delicate skin, only a handful of species do well with handling and the rest we only recommend as a pet that you watch.

Most frogs and toads eat insects and like to live in a damp environment. They need access to fresh water daily and places to hide.
